This policy applies to all Nuvora services and subscriptions.
All subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Notice must be given via email to info@nuvoraweb.co.za.
Upon notice, your subscription will remain active and billed for the final 30-day period. No refunds are issued for the notice period. After the notice period ends, billing ceases and your subscription is cancelled.
Once-off setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before any work has begun (within 24 hours of payment), a full refund will be issued.
To cancel your subscription: email info@nuvoraweb.co.za with your business name and the subject line "Cancellation Request". Your 30-day notice period begins from the date we confirm receipt of your request.
If we are unable to deliver an agreed service due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion of that month's service.
Upon cancellation, you are entitled to a copy of your website files and any content we have produced for you. We will deliver these within 7 business days of your final billing date.
