By using Nuvora's services or website (nuvoraweb.co.za), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Nuvora provides website design, development, lead generation, email automation, content creation, and related digital marketing services to South African businesses on a monthly subscription model.

Payment terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after 7 days' notice.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Supply any required content, branding, or materials in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have the right to use any materials you provide to us

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the website content and design we create for you. Nuvora retains the right to reference your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

Nuvora's liability is limited to the value of services paid in the most recent billing month. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-business damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
